The 9th Edition of the Fair
The 10th Edition of the Fair
Led the complete rebranding and visual strategy for the ASA10 Career Forum, transitioning the identity from the descriptive "A Step Ahead" to the authoritative "ASA." Managed visual application across print, digital, and physical environmental design for 14,000+ attendees.
The organization had outgrown its original name. "A Step Ahead" was descriptive but lacked the scalability and punch needed for a national-level event. The challenge was to maintain brand recognition while evolving into a cleaner, more versatile visual identity that could serve as a platform for future growth.
From Literal to Symbolic: By shortening the name to "ASA," we moved from a literal phrase to a brandable acronym. This allowed for a more modern, minimal typographic treatment.
System Design: I developed a "Modular Visual System." Because the logo was now a simple, bold mark, it could be applied to everything from massive vinyl banners and directional signage to small digital social media icons without losing legibility.
Consistent Application: The strategy focused on a unified color palette and typographic style to ensure that every attendee, regardless of which of the 70,000+ touchpoints they interacted with, felt the same professional, modern brand experience
Unified Presence: The rebranding created a cohesive visual language that professionalized the entire forum experience.
Operational Efficiency: A streamlined visual identity meant faster production times for collateral and clearer communication during the high-pressure event set-up.
Scale: This identity successfully supported the transition from a local initiative to a national-level career forum.
A national-level event requires more than a logo; it requires a unified visual system. As Visual Director, I developed the brand guidelines that governed the ASA10 experience. My objective was to establish a cohesive brand presence that could bridge the gap between physical event collateral and digital marketing. This system empowered our team to maintain visual consistency, ensuring our message remained authoritative, scalable, and professional throughout the entire event lifecycle.

ASA Career Fair 2024 Report
The transition of ASA from a descriptive phrase to an authoritative, scalable mark was a forward-thinking move. We didn't just design for the current event; we built a visual foundation that will support the forum’s future expansions for years to come.
This project represents the core of my work: the intersection of creative strategy and technical logic, delivering a brand that is as future-proof as it is visually compelling.
